Incorporated in 2009, All Spec Roof Corp is a family-oriented business, taking pride in workmanship and quality. We stand by our work and all repairs are guaranteed. Primarily focused on commercial roofing, All Spec Roof Corp has recently branched out to residential roofing as well.
Our CEO Carlos Chavez has 38 years commercial roofing experience. He has roofed in Arizona, California, Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. All Spec Roof Corp is currently licensed in Arkansas and Louisiana.
Our Secretary/Treasurer Sandra Chavez has 39 years in office and financial management. Her experience ranges from construction and manufacturing to logistics. She now manages All Spec Roof Corp full time along with her husband, Carlos.
Other members of the family are Steven Chavez – Superintendent, Franklin Chavez – Foreman, and Stefanie Fenton – acting CFO.
